Moving Forward, Being Helpful: Writing Recommendations and Treatment Planning

This 3.5-hour webinar aims to discuss the importance of relevant recommendations in a psychological screening report.  Identifying recommendations that are related to the reason for referral and test findings will be elucidated.  Strategies in developing individualized recommendations, writing them in a clear and concise manner, and organizing them as part of a psychological report will be included.  The utility of a psychological report in informing the development of a treatment plan will also be discussed.

 

At the end of this 3.5-hour seminar-workshop, the participants would be able to:

  1. Discuss the importance of relevant recommendations in a psychological screening report.

  2. Identify recommendations that are related to the reason for referral and connected to test findings.

  3. Write recommendations in an organized, relevant, concise, and coherent manner, as part of a psychological screening report.

  4. Determine how a psychological report can inform the development of a treatment plan.
